Terms & Conditions Score707 — The Complete Platform Usage Guide

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and score707 ("Platform", "we", or "score707"). Continued use of any service provided by score707 signifies your full acceptance of all terms contained in this document, along with any supporting policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

In this document, "Services" refers to the entire score707 platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, e-sports, live betting, the VIP Rewards programme, and all associated support features. "Account" refers to the registered user account you create to access score707's services. "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the total amount of money in MYR (RM) held within your score707 account.

These terms and conditions are written in Bahasa Malaysia and govern the relationship between score707 and all its users in Malaysia. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the original Bahasa Malaysia version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.

Score707 only accepts registrations from individuals who meet all of the following criteria. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice:

• At least 18 years at the time of registration. score707 enforces strict age verification and will not process any account suspected of being owned by an underage individual.
• Is a fully legally competent individual entitled to enter into binding contracts under Malaysian law.

• Using your own real identity — registration under another person's name, a false name, or inaccurate information is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and funds being frozen pending investigation.
• Does not hold any other active score707 account, or any account that was previously closed due to a terms violation.

Score707 reserves the right to request identity document verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed the specified threshold. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of current address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) score707 account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — regardless of different usernames, phone numbers, or registration methods — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of funds.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your score707 account password secure and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, current, and truthful.
• Notify score707 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting our customer support team.
• All activity that takes place within your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is the sole responsibility of the account holder.

Score707 supports two-factor authentication (2FA), which can be enabled in your account security settings. We strongly encourage all members to activate 2FA for added protection. Email or phone number verification is mandatory to complete score707 account registration.

Score707 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) only, through approved payment methods. All transactions are processed in RM, and any reference to monetary amounts on the score707 platform is denominated in RM.

Score707 members may withdraw funds from their account subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a bank account that has been registered and verified in the name of the score707 account holder.
• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a certain threshold may require additional KYC verification before they are processed.
• Processing times vary by VIP tier: Silver (30–60 minutes), Gold (20–30 minutes), Platinum (10–15 minutes), Diamond and Elite (5 minutes or less).

Any bonus-related funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled. Score707 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing if suspicious account activity is detected or if a requested KYC verification has not been completed by the member within the specified period.

Score707 does not charge any withdrawal processing fees for Malaysian e-wallet methods. For withdrawals to a bank account via FPX, standard bank transfer fees may apply and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

The score707 platform must be used for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Using the score707 platform for money laundering or any other financial activity that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
• Sharing your score707 account with another person or allowing someone else to use your account to place bets.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Colluding with other players in poker games to gain an unfair advantage — score707 employs an advanced collusion detection system.
• Threatening, insulting, or using inappropriate language toward score707 support staff or other members through social features on the platform, such as the poker table chat.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit score707's bonus or promotional offers.

Score707 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of suspicious activity. During an investigation, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until the review is complete. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, all restrictions will be lifted and withdrawals will be processed as normal.

You can close your score707 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all active bets have been settled and any remaining balance has been withdrawn. Funds remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the specified timeframe.

Score707 reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any funds associated with the violating activity — including winnings obtained through illegitimate means — may be forfeited and will not be returned. Funds from legitimate sources will be returned once the investigation is concluded.
